How long will it take for my order to ship?
Orders are usually made and shipped out within 5 to 7 days. You should receive a tracking number once it's been sent.
The nails I ordered don't fit. Can I exhange/refund them?
Sorry, but as each set of nails are custom and made to order, I cannot accept refunds or exchanges. Please make sure you select the correct size nails when you place your order.
What happens if my package is lost or delayed?
Unfortunately, I have no control over a package once it is shipped. Please contact USPS directly with your tracking number for any issues.
How do I know what size I am?
There are many different ways to find out what size nail tips will fit you. One way is to measure your natural nail bed using a ruler. Another way is by purchasing a Sizing Kit. You can read more by heading over to my Sizing page.
How long do press on nails last?
It depends on how well you prep your nails! Your manicure will last up to 10 days if prepped correctly. Your nail tips can also be worn multiple times as long as they don't chip or bend. Use a glue debonder, a small amount of acetone, or a small file to remove any built up glue on the underside of the nail.
